CXTPReportRow::Draw & FillRow <> earlier vers

   Hi,

in some cases I draw my reportrows with a red rectangle.
Since codejock vers 15.1.3.0908 the rectangle is draw around every item in the raw.

After some search, I found the reason:
There seems to be an distinction in CXTPReportRow::Draw.

// Draw row background

pPaintManager->FillRow(pDC, this, rcItem);

In this version item rect instead hole row rectangle is committed.
