After a successful drop of records from report control A to B, GetItemMetrics is never called for the newly added records in B. This was the case in 13.4.2.
The result is that the item may not be redrawn correctly!

Sorry, not quite right.
But I do see a change here. Previously, I could set record item data inside GetItemMetrics without problems. Now I need to set pItemMetrics->strText to the value I set to the item.
