I am using CXTPTreeView class as my view class for displaying the tree control. Now I want users to edit the label for different branches. I am succeeded in doing it also using beginedit and endEdit message handlers. But now i want to make it a masked edit. I want user to edit only the specific part of the text. How do i achieve this?

You can try to get edit handle by TVM_GETEDITCONTROL and subclass it.
