Commandbars in visual foxpro

   Hello, I'm new at this and need to know if commandbar controls are compatible with Visual FoxPro (versions can be from 6 to 9) and I'm doing a small program but when put commandbar (menubar and toolbar ) that are in a higher level formlulario or visual foxpro _screen are not on the forms but the forms are about as debererían CommandBars pregnant with Visual Basic or. net, so please could help me with this problem or send me examples how I should use them properly, of course thank you for your support ...
