Waterfall Charts

   Does anyone know whether or how to do waterfall charts using the charting tools?  This isn't like the stock waterfall type charts.  But rather the type used in the engineering and scientific communities.  Where the x-axis is one value, the y-axis another value, and the color at a point is based on a third parameter.
