Hello, I know it must get boring, but I still have some questions and Problems with the Menus. This time its about the display of the Accelerator keys in menu entries. So far i saw, that the Key Combination is only displayed if there is also a Toolbar Button with the same ID. Is this a correct view? So there is no way to tell the command bar to display a Accelerator with any other ressources (e.g. StringValue)? the second problem is, that this Hotkeys are displayed like Ctrl-S e.g. for save. But I develop an application for the german market, which means that Ctrl must be Replaced with Strg (Like Shift must be substituted with Umschalt). How can I switch the language therefore? Hope somebody could enlighten me. thanks Wolfgang |

To add new accelerator key choose Accelerator branch on the ResourceView pane.

Of course. Ok so i get the Key into the Menu (Allthough it seems that the Accelerator from the first Accelerator tables are used, my App uses more then one ), but is there no otherway to display the Hotkeys? But how could I switch the Language Mode? Because Ctrl/Shift is not really desired here! thanks in advance Wolfgang |

If you have the MFC edition you can substitute in XTPShortcutManager.cpp void CXTPShortcutManager::CKeyHelper::Format (CString& str) const with the implemenation of previous version. |
