Skin Builder and duplicate resources

   Is it possible to create multiple skins with the Skin Builder application and somehow avoid the fatal error CVT1100 that occurs due to duplicate resource names?  This also happens with the THEMES_INI entry and the string table entry for the skin name.  Is there a work-around for any of these issues?
