Version 9.6

Steps to reproduce:

make pane float, click to set active, press Alt+Tab

Result: active pane lost focus, application still active (Alt+Tab does not work)

Andrey

I don't think this is new to 9.60, and it's actually consistent with how Visual Studio .NET 2003 works.

I never noticed it before, but I typically have all panes docked someplace at all times, never floating.
Yes, it is even consistent with how VS 98 works too.

Yes, it is right behaviour. Press Alt+Tab twice.

Or don't release alt, and press Tab again.

Yes, you are right, it is really right behavior, but it looks like a bug for applications with hidden client.

Open Pane sample, hide client and try it again - as result, all panes lost focus and Alt+Tab is useless in this case. I think in case of hidden client Alt+Tab must do tomething usefull or simly work in standard behavior(jump to next application).

Regards,

Andrey.
