Hi,
the "backcolor" property of a flatedit control doesn't work correctly, when the control is on a tabcontrolpage and the "locked" property is set to true. If the flatedit control is not placed on a tabcontrolpage, it works. regards uploads/20091109_111914_codejock_locked.zip |

Hi,
Sorry, its actually designed behavior. With Themes enabled Locked Edit inside TabControl should look like first one.

Hi,
how can you see the Edit is locked? The lightly bigger border of the FlatEdit is not very helpful to recognize that Edit is locked. Imagine you have several Edit fields on a tab, the half of them are locked the others not. How complicated is it to implement the "old" Locked view in themed applications? |

If you want quick 'fix' then try putting edit control in picturebox and add that to tab page.
