Application caption is not visible

   Hi,

I tried an evaluation version and with following code in CMainFrame::OnCreate - 

XTPPaintManager()->SetTheme(xtpThemeRibbon);
EnableOffice2007Frame(GetCommandBars());

was able to create nice looking application.

Just bought toolbox (13.1.0 - maybe 13 is the problem :) recompile the whole thing and now when I start the application
application caption (actually the whole frame) is missing. If I try to resize it - it would appear.

Any help would be appreciated.
