The Freeze Column feature Works Fine with the Columns that are Visible in the frame, If I have to horizontally scroll and select a column to freeze, then the horizontal scroll Doesn't Work.
Does Any one have Solution.

Did you rebuild with current updates: https://forum.codejock.com/uploads/DemoVersion/ReportControlMFCUpdated.rar ?
