CXTPControlMarkupLabel cursor problem

XTP 13.

Try adding a CXTPControlMarkupLabel to a toolbar with the following text:

<TextBlock><Hyperlink ToolTip='Test'>Test</Hyperlink></TextBlock>

No hand cursor is seen when hovering the link! Explicitly setting it does not help (Cursor='Hand').
