Hi;
Whenever a CXTTipWindow is shown while - for example - an accelerator is pressed, the accelerator key is eaten by the tip window. Would be better if the tip window is closed and the key down event is forwarded to its owner. |

I don't follow here. Since when do modal dialogs *not* eat accelerators?

Hi;
it's not a modal dialog, it's a CXTTooltipWnd control used inside a CView (MDI view). Whenever the tooltip is visible, the accelerators won't work. But I think I'll do it the simplest way: hide the tooltip window in CView's PreTranslateMessage()... |
