TaskPanel vs ShortcutBar

   If I understood the Outlook 2003 sample right the Shortcutbar control provides me the possibility to easily create a form with different "subforms" where I can switch initiated by the shortcutbar control !?
Is there a way to do the same with the taskpanel control ? I want to have a taskpanel control on the left side of my form and depending on the taskpanel entry a user chooses display a corresponding other subform on the right side of my form...
