Hi, I have a huge application which has multiple commandbars, a Tab control and a Pane manager within the forms. The application runs fine and OK under the development mode. I can retrieve the HELP file , but as soon as I make an executable and PRESS the 'F1' key, the application crashes. This behavior also occurs in the VB Dev enviornment sometimes. I put the following on the form load... CommandBars.GlobalSettings.App = App
Please help us solve this ASAP since this project is overdue... Edited by Ashm01 |

Hi,
Those screen shots are not terribly helpful. Can you post some code to debug? Are you using more than one CommandBars object per form? |

Well, I did some analysis. This only happens when I have more than 1 Commandbar object on the form. Currently, I am using 3 objects. 1)for the Main toolbar. 2) For the criteria selection at the bottom of the screen 3)A hidden Context menu for Right click popup's
I would need to have ATLEAST 2 on the main form. Is this a limitation of the product? Can I just have only one per form? Please shed some light on this. Edited by Ashm01 |

I remember that there was an issue with this in the past. I can't
seem to locate that thread right now. I will have to wait and ask
development what exactly was fixed, but it had to do with having
multiple CommandBars objects on the same form.

Yes, you can't. You must put themon different picture boxes on same form if you need.

Worked! Phew, You need to figure out why frames are not supported also. I had to put all of these objects into seperate picturebox containers. Seems weird. But as long as it works, I can live with it |
