I'm using the ribbon for the first time - wow!
Question - I have custom controls using CDateTimeCtrl, how do I compute the optimum height? I am using the default height for the ribbon, it produces three rows of controls, what's the height for each row / control?
I'll dig into the source to see if I can find anything.

Height is from GetRibbonPaintManager()->GetEditHeight();
