Hi
I am having the same problem.

I've narrowed it down to the "Xtreme Suite Controls ActiveX Control 12.0.1"  as it's listed in the VB6 Components screen.

When I try to add that reference to a blank project it says "File Format No Longer supported" and it doesn't add it to the project.

It's pointing to the correct location according to what the components screen says at the bottom.

All the other controls load okay.  I uninstalled all previous versions of the toolkit.

Please help.

Ok, I figured it out.  I tried quite a few things, this worked.

Uninstall all versions of codejock
Delete all codejock folders
Delete any codejock files installed in windows\system32 or anywhere else you can find them.  Sometimes the files are called CODEJO~1.* (oca, ocx, exe, etc).  Deleting just the VB generated files doesn't work.
Go to regedit and search for occurences of CODEJO~ and delete the root of the key, not just the value you found.  These sometimes look like class ids.  There may be lots of these so it takes some patience.
Finally, reinstall codejock.

That fixed it for me

Hope this works for you if you ever run into the same problem.

For future reference:

Removing just the oca files should have fixed the problem.  normally they are located here "C:\Program Files\Codejock Software\ActiveX\Xtreme SuitePro ActiveX v12.1.1\Bin"

If you don't see them there, then Run regedit and open the
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Visual Basic\6.0" key.

It will have subkeys for used ocx files.  Find the path where these oca files were created and remove them.

Object={A8E5842E-102B-4289-9D57-3B3F5B5E15D3}#12.1#0; CODB53~1.OCX

...

You can Replace it for
