BUG: Form hasn't focus on startup

   Hi, 

When app starts it looks like the mainform hasn't focus (See system buttons) Once the app looses focus and has focus again, everything is OK. I tried a lot and once the FormExtender control is removed from the mainform it seems to be working OK. I created a test project and see for yourself. First run app WITH FormExtender control and after this just remove the control and run again.

	Hi Oleg, I found something. If you comment paneProperties.Select in function CreatePanes(), it will work OK even with FormExtender control in form. Maybe it will help you find problem...
