When dragging from the XTShellList and tree controls, the drag image is of the dull standard OLE type. Please create a nicer image which looks like what you are dragging. There is nice code for displaying multiple list control items in a function called 'createdragimageex'. Look it up on the internet. The tree control could use the standard CreateDragImage code. I use it everywhere in my program except where the user drags from your shell controls. It really sticks out. Hmnn, doesn't seem like much work... is there some technical reason why this can't be done?

Hi Douglas, I dont see any reason why we could not add this in the next release or so. Thanks for the suggestion. Regards, |

Im trying to do what you suggest right now between a tree and list. If codejock cleaned up a lot of this for us that would be a major feature. Here is a little help I've found on the subject. |
