Questions about CXTPControlGalleryItems

   We have decided to change some code so that our apps only adjust the Items and not store pointers to the actual galleries as suggested however we have some questions:

1. why when we pItems->Remove( nItem ) does it reset to the gallery to the top position :( and is the only way around this to store the position (but we do this it does not animate for some reason)

2. if we dont store a global pointer for our galleries what is best way to EnsureVisible etc. in a safe way for XTP
