Is there an easy way to dock multiple command bars (toolbars) next to one another? I saw the code that docks a command bar to the right of another command bar, BUT that only works if the left command bar is the "left-most" bar.  For example, I created bar A and bar B and right-docked B after A it worked fine, then I created bar C and tried calling the same routine docking C to the right of B, but it does not work (GetWindowRect does not seem to be updated after a bar is redocked), any ideas?
