Hi, I want to set Command Bars in concrete palse on Dialog, and forbid user moving Command Bars, how it is possible to do?

Add PictureBox and put CommandBars to it.

Hi,
Sorry, was answer for ActiveX users.
for MFC version you can create CXTPToolBar with Create ToolBar + Move it with MoveWindow.
See Samples\UserInterface\GUI_VisualStudio\ClassViewPane.cpp
