Start the attached sample on Windows XP SP2.
(The sample uses Ribbonbar and ReportControl)
To reproduce:
1. Drag the window to "Up" direction
2. Drag the scrollbar of reportcontrol
The scrollbar of ReportControl will freezed after some attempt.
Please see same problem with DockingPane in Post

Hi,
It's true. At first I thought it's some kind of setting that would cause this kind of behaviour, but it isn't...
This image is a screenshot with MS MAGNIFIER on !!!
The image is showing the mouse cursor over the vertical scrollbar and it hilights the horizontal arrow image. This is not just a one time bug, I saw it several times. Maybe this will help to solve the problem.
