Hi,
The change event of the Date Time Picker fires twice, is this by design, im sure the Microsoft version does not do this. Could this please be fixed? Thanks |

yes it is possible to assign null values to the datetimepicker control.
just set the checkbox property to true and set the value to null. if you dont set the checkbox to true then you cannot assign null as the value for the control. i hope this helps |

There is still a problem with the date time picker!
In the sample, i have put a form with the CJ date time control and the microsoft date picker control.
If you put a msgbox "whatever" in the change event of the CJ control, drop the calendar down and select the arrows to change months it goes crazy and keeps trying to jump forward or backwards depending on which way you selected!! The microsoft control does not do this. Could someone please validate my claims, im sure i aint going crazzy Cheers, Nick |

ok on further investigation, in Visual Studio .NET 2005 it appears to do this also with the standard Microsoft date picker control.
Is the one CJ using just wrapped into a usercontrol from .NET?

Hello,
Yes, its not our implementation - its wrapper around OS DatePicker control. We can't control most of its features :-(

Greets,
Im trying to use the CodeJock DateTimePicker contol.
One of my requirements states that the data in the control can be blank.
(i.e. the control displays no date, indicating that the user has not chosen a date)
I have tried the steps above without success.
Any ideas?
Many thanks
