Why is row-dropping not allowed when groups are being used?
In CXTPReportControl::OnDrop(...) I find this:
if (GetColumns()->GetSortOrder()->GetCount() == 0 && GetColumns()->GetGroupsOrder()->GetCount() == 0)
{
// continue with operation...
