Vista File Dialog Display Problem

   Hi
Can anyone help me? I am using VB6 and SkinFramework v11.2.2 to update the UI on our app. Everything works fine, but on Vista there is a problem with the display of the Back/Forward buttons on file dialogs.

The dialog is being displayed via an API call to GetOpenFileName in comdlg32.dll, but excluding this DLL using .ExcludeModule doesn't make any difference.

	The problem seem present in thoses themes too if we use them on Vista - AlumiteX - BeOS - macawawa - MM - Quantum - QuicksilveR - Seer - Underling
