Hello , I have a question .
I am trying to 'Step Into' my code to debug although the codejock update events keep on firing, is there away around this problem

Hi,
I had the same problem with CommandBars_Update events
Try this: CommandBars.Options.UpdatePeriod = 0
Now the events will be fired just one time for each control and only when, for example, clicked on
