Thanks your reply.
I attached small mbcs file with japanese chars.
(Code type is Shift-JIS)
I can't uplode text file, so compression to zip file.
When open mbcs file, it was not garbled.
but it garbled when input directly.

Thanks, I will check how input works.
We provide 2 build versions of ActiveX controls: MBCS and UNICODE.
To use unicode control build just unregister the SyntaxEdit.ocx and register SyntaxEdit.Unicode.ocx file.

I should have said first, using demo version.
So I register "Codejock.SyntaxEdit.v11.2.2.Demo.ocx".
Will not this support UNICODE?
And I could not find "*.UNICODE.ocx".
I examine the purchase, but need input Japanese word directly.
We are inspecting this now.
If I purchase a product version, can I input Japanese with IME?

Thank you very much.
I was able to input Japanese directly without being garbled.
I am glad it to be got advice.
But there is a thing worried about only one point.
When I input Japanese word with IME, it displayed at top-left in window.
However, it is input into the position of the cursor if decided.
May it be displayed at the position of the cursor?

That's wonderful! I was able to confirm that IME window was moved. Is this change applied in a current version? |

It will be applied in the next version - 12.0.0 (or available as update for 11.2.2 by support request).
