hi

refering to the skinsdi example it is reading from the NormalBlue.ini file to provide the skin effect for Button,Combobox,Edit,Explorer,List,Progress,Rebar,Scrollbar,Spin,Status,Tab,
Taskbar,Toolbar,Window etc...

Is it possible to provide it for viewport as well .If  yes how?

Thanks
Himanshu

Now you disappointed me Oleg! Don't you remember the good old Borland Turbo C times with BGI (Borland Graphics Interface)?

Look into graphics.h in your Turbo C include directory:

struct viewporttype {
    int left, top, right, bottom;
    int clip;
};

void       far _Cdecl clearviewport(void);
void       far _Cdecl getviewsettings(struct viewporttype far *__viewport);
void       far _Cdecl setviewport(int __left, int __top, int __right, int __bottom,
                  int __clip);

Just kidding

hi

In simple terms viewport is the viewing area of my application where i can
draw ,edit and view drawings that i make using openGL .

In MFC terms it can be a CView derived class for me where i show my data to application users.
