On my ribbon bar app, how can i control the size of the buttons?  Some of them get drawn at 32x32, some use 16x16, and if it's expanded to the max, most are 32x32.  do i have any control over which ones are largest?

Sometimes, i'd like all in a group to remain small, sometimes i'd like all of them but one - and one I choose - to be small, etc.

thanks!
