Hi,
How do I control the width of a floating / popup menu? As you can see in uploads/20080101_131511_Width_of_Contex.zip I have a floating menu but when the size of the caption text increases the space for the control (edit/combo) will be smaller and smaller. I tried to set the Width property of the object but it seems to be ignored.
I also tried to create an item of the controltype = xtpControlCustom and the size of the windows control attached via the handle property is made the same as the complete width of the floating menu, including the bar at the left hand side. See uploads/20080101_132108_custom_control.zip. How can I avoid that? As alternative, any chance for a up/down control type for the commandbar items?

Dear Oleg,
I think you say that the width is automatically set when one sets the caption property but as you can see in the pictures that I uploaded the size is not really what one wants to see/have when next to a text a control is shown.
And how do I control the width of a custom control in the menu (pict 2)?
