Closing Maximized Windows

   When using the skin framework, if you maximize a window and click in the far upper-right corner it should close the window.  It does not.
In other words, I should be able to throw my mouse to the far extreme of the monitor and close the window without worrying about placement above the small buttons.  This is quite annoying.
