Hi,
I have 'merged' 2 of your samples 'RibbonMDISample' & 'DockingPane SDISample'.
I have attached a zip file with the project in.
If you run the project, and then click the 'New' button you will see that the 2nd document is created but the docking panes are not positioned correctly. The tops of the top panes are up under the ribbon bar.
If you then click on Document1 and then back to Document2 it corrects the problem.
Is there something I'm doing worng?
Thanks,
Rob D.

HI,
Just found something else also with this project.
Once you have 2 Documents open, if you press CTRL-TAB, you get a popup window, but that popup window does not have Document2 in it, so I cant use CTRL-TAB to swap documents between documents.
Is that correct or not?
Thanks,
Rob.

Ok, I must be doing something totaly wrong, as I cant get this to work :(
Non of the panels can get focus from my original example in my first post.
If anyone has any ideas on what I'm doing wrong, I would be grateful,
Thanks,
Rob.

Hi,
Thanks for the help.
That helps with the focus problem...
Also, the reason I had them in seperate forms was because the things I want to do on each 'panel' is quite complicated, therefore I would like to keep them all serpate rathern than one 'big' form. Is there no way I can link individual forms, so that I can keep my code 'seperate' for each panel??
Also, my original problem from my first post is still there in your example.
IE..
When you have the documents maxamized, and then press the 'New' button, the new Document that gets created, puts the top of the panels up under the Ribbon bar....like in my screen shots.
Any ideas for that?
Thanks,
Rob.
