When I used CXTShellTreeCtrl and CXTShellListCtrl in MFC extension DLL,and placed them in a dock bar,if I Call CXTShellTreeCtrl::AssociateList(CWnd* pWnd),then when dock bar destory, the whole system crashed, and if don't call that function,everything would be OK!
