I inserted an edit control in the quick access bar. When I switch between applications, and then back to my application, the edit control is sometimes not properly painted. Here are the screenshots:
Painted:  Not Painted:  Blue color that appears instead of the edit control is the color of dialog background (BTN_FACE). Does anyone have any ideas what causes this problem? Thanks! |

I've tested it on XP Home Edition and XP Professional x64 Edition (32-bit mode). (Both with the newest updates)

Can you open our RibbonSample, move some edit or Combo to quick Access and check if you see it.

It seems to be working fine in the RibbonSample.
I've debugged my application into CXTPCommandBarAnimation::OnPaint, and found that when the memory DC is copied to the paint DC, everything except the edit box is shown on the screen. I don't know how is that possible.
Any idea where I should look?
