can i use SkinFramework to create a non-regular window, such as a circular window, which has all features SkinFramework supplies.

Afraid, no. SknFramework only supports rectangular windows + rounded corneres. But don't think you have task to make all windows circular. You can create circular window manually to remove WS_CAPTION style and set its region (SetWIndowRgn) and SkiNFramework will skin all controls on this window.

i cannot find skinbuilder on http://www.tgtsoft.com , how about stylebuilder 2.0 ? can skinframework work with it ?
