Problem with cobol dialog

After calling a function in a cobol dll from vb6 this cobo dialog (panels library) appears:
Without SkinFramework, Win XP with Windows XP Style.
 

With SkinFramework activated, Win XP with Windows XP Style:

First moment:
After a short time (< 1 second):
 
I tried to disable skinng for this window. Look below. (I included the button class to see if disabling classes is working correctly.)
 
But this did not help. Result:
 
I know that this is a very special problem, but is there a clue to chance this behaviour?
We did not have this behaviour in 10.3.1. Something must be different...

Send to support@codejock.com small sample, information where we can download requre dlls etc.
 
try instead of RemoveWindowClss call RemoveWindow hwnd.
