Hi,
I have an urgent issue. I just reformatted and reinstalled my PC and tried to regenerate an activation key to reinstall Codejock Extreme Toolkit Pro 10.4.2, but i received an error saying "Activation code limit reached". This is the same PC installed it the last time. My subscription is for single license only, but it should limit to just 1 installation. ![]() Has anyone encountered similar problem before? Please help. |

I've just switched to a new Duo 2.4 GHz box and copied the Codejock tree over, all I had to do was add entries to Visual Studio 6.0 for Include and Library locations.
I wonder what will happen when I try to activate the next kit using my new computer? BTW - the 2.4GHz E6600 + 10,000 RPM disks really rocks!

Simon,
This happened to me. Just contact customer service and explain to them the situation that you work on several machines sometimes because of hardware and coding requirements, especially if in the future you purchase a new machine. I believe they'll reset the counter. I hope this helps.

I understand it fails if I install on several machine or new hardware. But my PC is exactly the same as the old installation, no hardware changes, I just reformatted. Can't Codejock database detects it's the same machine and issue unlimited activation?
Does anyone know how Codejock determine your machine code? Based on MAC address or something? Anyway, it's now resolved already after I sent email to sales@codejock.com I just didn't know they have such a strict license control system. |
