Blank bar on RibbonBar 10.4

   Attached is a screenshot of a blank bar that is now appearing on my RibbonBar after upgrading to 10.4.  There is a shot of the ribbonbar with 10.3.1 and with 10.4.

My question is, how do I get rid of it?  I want it to look like it did in 10.3.1

	Hello, Yes, it was "MUST" thing from UI licensing. We will add property for 10.4.1 to remove it.
