Dock Streched and Float toolbar

Is it possible to allow the Toolbar to be both Docked but Streched and have the ability to float within the form

Yes ; like it should behave like a menu bar and have the style of a toolbar

I apologize for my incorrect wording
 
I require the toolbar to be strecched when docked but have the ability to float as well,

And what you have after
ToolBar.EnableDocking xtpFlagAlignAny Or xtpFlagFloating Or xtpFlagStretched?
 
 is it stretched when docked ?
are you able float it ?
 
if you can't float it, check may be you call another EnableDocking  and forget xtpFlagFloating flag.
