Day not showing in Calendar Printout

   Hi,

Just noted that when you print the calendar in the month view it does not show the days of the week(Monday, Tuesday, so on) which wud be hard for someone else to figure out when you've specified a different StartDayofWeek.

Hope twas fixed for new release
