Loading layout without creating panes

   Hello,

is there any possibility to load a previously saved docking pane layout _without_ having the panes re-created immediately?

By application startup, I would need loading persistence data of docking panes much earlier than showing up the whole GUI.

	Hello, You can't load layout before you create dockingpane manager.
