I like how I can create custom labels to have schedules with different background colors. I would like to be able to assign my own custom icon to a label so it will display the icon and color associated with a schedule type I create. The icon would need to be independant of the other flag icons such as private or recurring.

You can always change label list in the following way:
Unfortunately, different icons are not yet supported. This will be considered as a feature for further releases. -- WBR, Serge |

We're planning to make this feature available with extending new themes customization possibilities. Most likely it will be available with 10.2 release.
