Me again...
If I run my app the theme selected by the user is not restored when the application is restarted. Again I do the usual LoadCommandBars , SaveCommandBars commands. However the theme on startup is always the blue ( CommandBarsGlobalSettings.Office2007Images is empty ) one although when I change it with the app running it correctly switches to black , silver a.s.o.
Some further things
What have I done wrong ?
Best Regards
Peter

Hello,
Why it have to restore automatically? You change it in code manually so you have save and restore it manually.

Thanks for the answer...
Hmm ! Why is it storing when I run it under VB6 Debugger ?
Why are other settings like f.e. Key Mapping a.s.o stored and the Theme not ? These are also 'manually' changed !

OK !
Just found out that it is not stored if I leave VB and restart it...
I guess the OCX is still in Memory as long as VB is not closed...

Hi, if we provide way to change some option by user - in Customize dialog / using Mouse/Keyboard we save this option in our code.
If you manually change some option in your code - you have save and restore it.
