Is there a better way to RESIZE?

   In my forms that use commandbars (RibbonBar), also have many other controls, text, combos, labels, etc. (data entry form) What is the best way to calculate or resize the form to accomodate the height of the RibbonBar and all my controls?
Should I place all controls inside a FRAME or container, then resize (increase height) the form in the load event... and position the container inside client area in the commandbars_resize event?

Is there a better way? thanks!
