 I Found it!
 
I was digging to 'width', but It was 'divider'. 
 
It was very simple.
Just set Divider value.
 
For example,
 
m_wndPropertyGrid.SetViewDiver(0.2);
 
(I guess 0.2 is percentage for caption)
