Disable WININET.DLL

   Hi,

I am trying to track down a crash inside a background processing thread where I read a webpage using functions in WININET.DLL.

I want to stop the framework skinning WININET.DLL, (a lifeform in its own right).

This is what I am doing - does it seem reasonable? In a future release please allow me a simple way of adding DLL's to the exclusion list.
