Timezone Issue

   Hi,
     I have a scenario to check how the calendar control works for that. We have tech support people live in different time zones some of them in Eastern Time and Some of them in Central Time.
         Our main office runs is in Eastern Time. If we want to scehdule a Staff Meeting at 9.00 AM Eastern Time, at what time the central time tech support people will get the reminders to attend the staff meeting.
         How will I achieve this, to enable the reminder at different time based on the time zone. Our database stores the information in EST time.

         Any help is greatly appreciated
