CXTPMenuBar not handling F10 or Alt Key

In the XTremeToolKit Pro Dynamic Panes sample, for the child panes(Form and edti panes) I have attached a menu bar. this xtpmenubar does not handle F10 or Alt key.

For the application main window, F10 or Alt key is handled by the xtpmenubar in the OnHookMessage function as WM_SYSCOMMAND message.
 
This does not happen for my frame window which is attached as the child for the panes.
