Don't worry found it.. Need to create Form3 panel, with the neighbour being the client area..
Using GetClientPane() on the CXTPDockingPaneManager..
:D

That's a little simplier...
I was trying to get the same effect with CommandBars and DialogBars, but couldn't get the middle panel to position correctly.. Any ideas?
